NEW YORK (AP) — Authorities at John F. Kennedy International Airport are investigating a bomb threat made to an American Airlines flight from Barcelona that landed safely in New York City.
The plane carrying about 200 people landed just after noon Sunday. Everyone on board deplaned safely.
Joe Pentangelo with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey police says the threat was called in for American Flight 67.
Police and K-9 unit dogs are searching the plane.
Pentangelo says authorities are investigating where the call came from.
