FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) The Joint Commission has awarded four of Parkview Health’s hospitals as 2013 Top Performer on Key Quality Measures. The commission awards hospitals around the United States for being a leading accreditor in healthcare.
The Joint Commission recognized the following hospitals as top performers on specific key quality measures:
- Parkview Ortho Hospital – Surgical Care
- Parkview Whitley Hospital – Pneumonia
- Parkview Huntington Hospital – Pneumonia and Surgical Care
- Parkview LaGrange Hospital – Pneumonia
Requirements in order to be a 2013 Top Performer are based on three specific criteria based on accountability measure data.
