Silver Alert canceled for Rushville man

Howard Bullard, 53, Rushville, was last seen Tuesday morning.

RUSHVILLE, Ind. (WANE) – The Indiana State Police said a Silver Alert was canceled for Howard Bullard shortly before 8:30 p.m. Thursday.

The Rush County Sheriff’s Department requested the cancellation.

No other details were provided.

A statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a missing Rushville man.

Indiana State Police issued the alert early Wednesday morning in conjunction with the Rush County Sheriff’s Department.

Police said 53-year-old Howard Bullard was last seen Tuesday morning around 8 a.m. Rushville is approximately 40 miles east of Indianapolis.

ISP said Howard is 5 feet 7 inches tall, 190 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes.

They believe Bullard is in danger and in need of medical attention. Bullard is missing the tip of his right ring finger and may have a long scar on his right calf. A clothing description was not available.

Bullard may be driving a 1998 green Honda Accord with Indiana license plate 973NCN.
