HKY: Carroll Dominates On Opening Night

FORT WAYNE, IN. (WANE) – The opening night of the high school hockey season went off with a bang for Carroll. Six different Chargers scored as Carroll jumped out to a 3-0 lead on its way to a dominating 6-3 win over Leo to begin the season.

In earlier action Jimmy Rapoza netted a hat trick to carry Homestead to a 4-2 win over Summit City. Cale Sanderson scored a pair of goals and dished out an assist as the Fort Wayne Bruins rolled over Bishop Dwenger 5-1.
