NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — Jim Irsay has a change of plea hearing scheduled for the Tuesday after the Labor Day weekend, according to online court records.

The Indianapolis Colts owner was arrested in March on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

Irsay waived his initial court hearing, meaning a not guilty plea was automatically entered. As of a month ago, attorneys were negotiating a plea deal for Irsay’s case. Typically, a change of plea hearing indicates a suspect will plead guilty as part of a plea agreement. It’s unclear if that’s the case for Irsay.

The hearing is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday.
