Man wanted for multiple pharmacy robberies

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – The Fort Wayne Police Department is looking for a man they believe is responsible for three pharmacy robberies.

Police believe the man pictured in the surveillance stills is responsible for the following robberies:

  • July 11, 2014 at about 11:40 p.m., at the Walgreens at 2410 N. Coliseum Blvd.
  • August 11, 2014 at about 9:50 p.m., at the Walgreens at 330 W. State.
  • August 22nd at about 1:40 a.m. Walgreens at 10412 Coldwater Rd.

Police said there was a fourth attempt on August 22 at 12:20 a.m., but he left the Walgreens at 2410 N. Coliseum Boulevard after being noticed as soon as he came in.

Police think he is a white man who put dark costume make-up on his face and is about 6’0″ tall, with a medium to slender build. He rides a mountain bike to and from stores, according to the release from police.

Anyone with information on the suspect or who may have been in a store when he was there is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (260) 436-STOP.
