Main break in New Haven affecting water pressure

NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WANE) – New Haven water customers may be experiencing no water, rusty water or low water pressure after a water main break on Nelson Road.

The city of New Haven sent a notice about the water main break after 3 p.m. on Tuesday.

“We are making every effort to repair the water main quickly. Crews are working diligently on fixing the problem,” New Haven’s Utility Superintendent, Dave Jones said.

Customers who continue to experience low water pressure or rusty water should contact the utility office at 748-7050 during business hours, 7 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
