Preview: Down and Out in Downtown

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Downtown development is a sign of momentum in Fort Wayne. But with progress often comes tough decisions.

Starting Monday at 6, 15 Finds Out takes a closer look at what some consider to be the elephant in the room to the downtown conversation: The future for the down and out in downtown.

No one really knows how many homeless people live in Allen County. Estimates range anywhere from 300 to almost 3,000, depending on how homelessness is defined.

Tune into NewsChannel 15 Monday at 6:00 p.m. as 15 Finds Out digs deeper into the battle to balance economic development with human development.
