INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A judge has granted a delay in the case against Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay.
The bench trial for Irsay has been moved to October 30.
The Indianapolis Colts owner was arrested in March on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.
His trial was initially set for next week on the 28th.
NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has not yet announced his punishment for Irsay, who could face discipline as a result of the arrest.
