The event features a petting zoo, caricature drawings, henna tattoos and music. There is also an opportunity to ride in a hot air balloon from 6-8 p.m.

Admission is $5 per car with some activities having additional fees. Proceeds from the event go to the United Way Community Engagement Center.

There is also a glow walk in the evening, where people are invited to walk a mile lit by balloons around the airport runway. It costs $10 to enter the walk and participants receive a t-shirt, glow necklace and parking pass for the event. The fundraiser supports the new Community Engagement Center through the United Way of Defiance County.
