INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — A prosecutor says one of four defendants charged in a drug-related quadruple homicide on Indianapolis’ south side has agreed to a plea agreement under which she’ll testify against the others.

Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry says 20-year-old Samantha Bradley pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge Thursday and faces a sentence of 20 to 50 years in prison after admitted helping to plan the Feb. 20 robbery that led to the slayings of 47-year-old Walter Burnell, 43-year-old Jacob Rodemich, 22-year-old Kristy Sanchez and 21-year-old Hayley Navarro.

Curry tells The Indianapolis Star that as a condition for dropping other charges against her, Bradley will testify against the alleged shooter, 24-year-old Kenneth “Cody” Rackemann, and co-defendants 26-year-old Anthony LaRussa and 21-year-old Valencia Williams.

Curry is seeking the death penalty against Rackemann.
