A motorcycle rider with Roadmaters For Life, Anthony Shelton said, “I believe when you’re in a community, you need to help support the youth in the community. It takes a group effort and it does good for the kids to see us giving back to the community.”

The organizations raised hundreds of dollars for school supplies by holding a bike and car wash.

“All of these motorcycle clubs and social clubs support our Fort Wayne youth in a variety of ways,” Shelton said. “Everyone felt it was important to make sure the Boys & Girls Clubs children start the school year with the supplies they need.”

The group decided to give their donations to the Boys and Girls Clubs because the clubs helped several of them when they were younger.
