ALBION, Ind. (WANE)  Tips from the public helped police focus their investigation on two people which led to their arrests for the robbery of a CVS pharmacy in Ligonier back on July 31 according to a news release issued Wednesday morning by Noble County Prosecutor Steven Clouse.

Joseph Easterday, 23, and Abby Leigh Jackson, 24, both of the 1500 block of North County Road 1200 West in Cromwell were taken into custody Tuesday evening according to Clouse.

The CVS had been robbed by a man who had handed a pharmacist a note demanding drugs at around 2:20 in the afternoon.  After getting the drugs, the man fled to a waiting car.  Police began getting information from the public about possible suspects shortly after the robbery.

Both Easterday and Jackson are being held without bail in the Noble County Jail and both face felony robbery charges.
