NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WANE) - Thousands of beer fanatics were “hoppy” to spend their Saturday in New Haven. More than 300 craft beers from nearly 60 breweries were on tap at Brew Haven.
The festival brings in people and brewers from across the country.
“It’s a fun festival, but at the same time it’s about the relationships out there. People can come and talk to the brewers and get some insight on brewing different beers. There’s a lot of people brewing beer at home, so therefore they have an interest in not just coming and tasting beers but also to talking to people from the brewery,” Trion Tavern owner, Greg Jacquay, said.
This is the fourth year for the festival, and organizers said they had the best turnout yet.
