Pence to lead annual governor’s motorcycle ride

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Gov. Mike Pence is set to lead the annual governor’s motorcycle ride to three southern Indiana cities.

The governor’s office says Pence will join approximately 500 members of American Bikers Aimed Toward Education and other Indiana motorcyclists Friday for the 141-mile ride with stops in Columbus, Seymour and Madison.

The ride, which is free to all participants, helps bring awareness to motorcycle safety in Indiana and raises funds for the Indiana National Guard Relief Fund to assist Guard members and their families.

The ride was due to depart from the Indiana Statehouse on Friday morning.
