Berne festival promises authentic Swiss experience

BERNE, Ind. (WANE) The annual Swiss Days have started in Berne, Indiana. The city of Berne celebrates its Swiss heritage with authentic food, clothing and music.

The festival features a quilt show and merchant mal, stein toss competition and many musicians performing a variety of folk and polka music.

The festival is in downtown Berne, south of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Events stretch from the city’s clock tower and spread throughout the town. For a full list of events and locations, click here.
