Undercover officers nab suspected drug dealer

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) – Kosciusko County arrested a Warsaw man on Tuesday after they said he sold drugs to undercover officers.

Officers with the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force and the Warsaw Police Department Narcotics arrested 35-year-old Chad Monroe Morgan and charged him with on a charge of dealing a Schedule I controlled substance and a charge of dealing marijuana, both felonies.

Drug Task Force officers said that undercover officers had previously bought prescription drugs and marijuana from Morgan.

As of Wednesday morning, Morgan was being held at the Kosciusko County jail on a $4,000 bond.

In the release on the arrest, Kosciusko County Sheriff Rocky Goshert stated that the help of concerned citizens was instrumental. Caller can leave anonymous information for any drug or criminal activity in Kosciusko County.
