WAYNESVILLE, Ohio (AP) — State troopers say an Indiana man and his passenger were killed and two more drivers were hurt in a three-vehicle crash in southwest Ohio.

A statement from the State Highway Patrol says the collision occurred Tuesday afternoon in Warren County’s Clearcreek Township, about 35 miles northeast of Cincinnati.

The patrol says a 45-year-old Leesburg woman failed to stop her car at an intersection and hit a large truck, forcing it into a head-on collision with a minivan.

Two people in the minivan died. Troopers identified them as 66-year-old driver Robert Large of North Vernon, Indiana, and 66-year-old Margaret Large.

The car driver was flown to a hospital with serious injuries. The Moraine man driving the truck suffered minor injuries and was driven to a local hospital.
