Murder of 81-year-old man gets woman 60 years

MARION, Ind. (WANE) The second person involved in a 2012 killing in Marion back in 2012 learned her fate Friday.

A judge sentenced Lacy Bradley to 60 years in prison for the murder of Duwayne Lindsey. Bradley and James Griffith went to the 81-year-old man’s home and killed him by repeatedly hitting him in the head.

According to police, the two then stole several guns, collectible coins and a large amount of cash.

Bradley had pleaded guilty to murder and various counts of robbery back in June of 2014. Griffith was convicted of murder in April and sentenced to life in prison without parole in May.
