FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Two Fort Wayne men are facing drug charges after a police raid uncovered evidence of a pot-growing operation.
After receiving a tip that marijuana was being grown at a home in the 4000 block of Arizona Avenue, officers served a search warrant Tuesday morning.
Police arrested Adam Uebelhoer, 22, after they said they found 105 marijuana plants, two long guns, a small amount of cash, drug paraphernalia, and multiple grow lights. The marijuana has an estimated street value of $126,000.
Uebelhoer faces charges of dealing (manufacturing) marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of paraphernalia.
A second suspect, Daniel Demerly, 23, was already in the Allen County jail on an unrelated matter. He’s also charged with dealing (manufacturing) marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of paraphernalia.
