Four charged with drug offenses in Southern Ind.


CLARK COUNTY, Ind. (WANE)  Conservation officers said they charged four people in separate incidents as a result of routine patrols in Southern Indiana Saturday night.

Three of the people were given citations and will need to appear in court, while the other person was jailed at the Clark County Jail.

Indiana Conservation officers said Koleton Freitas, 18, from Underwood was cited for dealing marijuana, and Cody Spellman, 19, from Henryville was cited for possessing drug paraphernalia. According to the press release, Hans Hargis, 21, from Underwood was cited for both possessing marijuana and having drug paraphernalia.

Officers said they jailed Katherine Pennington, 22, from Austin for possessing methamphetamine. provides commenting on many stories to allow for constructive discussion.
