Colts Release Safety Corey Lynch

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – The Indianapolis Colts today released safety Corey Lynch from Injured Reserve with an injury settlement.

Lynch was placed on Injured Reserve on June 13, 2014. He was originally signed by the Colts as a free agent on November 27, 2013 and played in five games, contributing six special teams tackles last season. He also competed in both postseason games and made two tackles and three special teams stops. Lynch played the first three games of 2013 for the Tennessee Titans before being released on November 22, 2013.
