FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A day after the “Kenny Wallace 100” was moved from Wednesday to Saturday because of rain NASCAR driver David Stremme confirmed he will not race in Fort Wayne this weekend.
Stremme instead has to go back to Charlotte for an obligation with his Sprint Cup team.
On a positive note, Stremme is expected to return to the Summit City for the “Three Rivers Festival 100” on Wednesday, July 16. Stremme, a South Bend native, will be joined by Kenny Wallace on the track that night.
