LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) Nearly three weeks after the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department issued a plea for information that would lead to the capture of a man wanted for stalking, intimidation and invasion of privacy, the fugitive has been captured.

Tony Jacobs, 31, was arrested Tuesday morning in Noble County by sheriff’s deputies. He has since been taken to the LaGrange County Jail.

In issuing its plea for information about Jacobs, the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department indicated he should be considered dangerous.

The news release notifying the media of his arrest did not indicate how Noble County Sheriff’s deputies were able to locate him.
