Festival raises money for public safety

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – For nearly forty years, New Haven Canal Days has been providing fun and fundraising.  Money from the festival goes towards public safety and community programs in New Haven.

The midway opened Tuesday, and dozens of bands have played since. Thousands came out for Saturday’s parade.

The Grammy nominated Rhett Walker band capped off the festival with a free concert Saturday night.
