Leo Ready For Semi-State After First Regional Title

LEO, Ind. (WANE) – On Tuesday night the Leo softball team clinched the first regional title in program history by beating Wawasee 3-2. On Saturday, the Lions will look to capture a semi-state crown as they head to Twin Lakes high school.
The Lions (24-6) will face Hanover Central (12-2) at 1 p.m., following the Yorktown (27-6) and S.B. St. Joseph’s (24-6) at 11 a.m. The winners of the early games will square off for the semi-state title at 7 p.m.
