Crash leads to 9th drunk driving arrest for Ohio man

CELINA, Ohio (WANE)  A Celina, Ohio man returned a .212 blood alcohol reading when tested by police after he crashed into a parked car early Saturday evening.

Jason Gray, 35, was arrested on a charge of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.  It was the ninth time he’s faced such a charge.

According to a press release issued by the Celina Police Department, Gray was driving his 1988 Chevy Monte Carlo at around 9:40 pm when he hit the parked car on North Lake Street.  Gray wasn’t injured, however a Doberman Pinscher also in the car suffered a head laceration. Gray’s car was heavily damaged, while the parked car received moderate damage.

Gray was taken to jail and his case is now being reviewed by the Mercer County prosecutor.
