It’s located in downtown Fort Wayne on the corner of Barr and Wayne Streets just south of the History Center.
Everything sold there is grown or made by people around northeast Indiana. People can find everything from produce to baked goods to art work.
“It’s great to bring the community together, and everyone’s buying local. So it’s really supporting our economy here in Fort Wayne,” Ashley Adams, the market’s co-chair, said.
The Barr Street Market will be open, rain or shine on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. through September 27.
Some new things this year include group yoga on the second Saturday of each month and food competitions.
