PAULDING, Ohio (WANE)  Police in Paulding, Ohio believe alcohol may have been a factor in a Monday afternoon crash where a driver caromed off a fence, hit a garage and ended up wedged into the side of a home.

The crash took place at about 5:22 pm when MIles D. Goings, 48, of Paulding was traveling east on West Wayne in the Village of Paulding when he drove off the side of the road where he hit a fence at 929 West Wayne, then struck a garage at 925 West Wayne before ending up partially inside a home located at 921 West Wayne Street.

Goings and his passenger, William J. Scheurich, Jr., 68, were both wearing seat belts and neither man required medical treatment.
