Parkview helping parents protect kids in the car

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)- Kohl’s and Parkview Health have partnered to educate parents on car seat safety.

This year, $60,000 in grant money will go to safety inspections, community events and expert knowledge.

The Kohl’s Care program, a part of Kohl’s Kids 4 Safety, has donated $1 million to Parkview Health since 2000.

Parkview will be offering free car seat safety checks for kids starting on May 8 from 4p.m. to 6:15 p.m. at Grace Point Church.
