Suspect in travel plaza armed robbery sought

LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WANE)  Police have released images from an April 24 armed robbery in the hopes that the public will be able to identify the suspect.

According to the release from Indiana State Police, a suspect in a red Indiana University hooded sweatshirt and dark colored pants entered the Mobile Service gas station Travel Plaza, near the 125.8 mile marker on the eastbound side of the Indiana Toll Road, at about 12 a.m. on April 24. 

The suspect took out a handgun and ordered the clerk to give him money from the cash registers. He left with cash and took off in a dark colored passenger car. No one was hurt.
