North Side Tops Dwenger 11-3 In SAC Play

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – North Side topped Bishop Dwenger 11-3 in a key SAC game at Carrington Field on Thursday night.

Keegan Carroll and Zach McKinstry each had two-run singles in the second inning to help the Redskins build an early 5-0 lead.

Gabe Washington also added a two-run double for North Side while Ethan Caywood earned the win on the mound.

In another key SAC game Wayne edged South Side 7-6. Kaine Jackson led the Generals at the plate with a 4-for-4 performance and two RBI. Jackson also threw a complete game, allowing just three hits and striking out 16.
