FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – An Ohio-based gastropub is going into the former Outback Steakhouse location on N. Clinton Street, according to the bar’s founder, Jeremy Fitzgerald.

Bar145° specializes in burgers, bands, and bourbon. The bar has three locations in Ohio. This would be the first Indiana location.

The name Bar145° is a reference to the temperature of a perfectly cooked medium rare burger, according to the restaurant’s website.

Fitzgerald said Bar145° officials are hoping to sign the lease by the end of May. There’s no word yet on when the bar will officially open.

The gastropub will be located at 4910 N. Clinton Street, across the street from the Northcrest Shopping Center.
