Ants Return Home, One Win From Title

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – The Mad Ants returned back to the Summit City on Friday night just one win away from the franchise’s first NBA Development League title.

The Ants won game one of the best-of-three finals series Thursday night in Santa Cruz. The Ants beat the Warriors 102-92 behind 25 points from Tony Mitchell and 23 from league co-MVP Ron Howard.

The Ants can close out the series tomorrow night at 7:30 p.m. when the host the Warriors at the Coliseum for game two.

Game three, if necessary, would be Monday at 7 p.m. at the Coliseum.
