FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) –  A cheerleading gym in Fort Wayne is offering skill-building clinics just in time for tryout season.

Indiana Cheer Elite is hosting the clinics for the next month. The sessions focus on both tumbling and stunting. Organizers from the gym said it’s a great way for any cheerleader to improve his or her skills.

It helps build the kids’ confidence, whether they’re a beginner all the way up to an elite world champion tumbler or stunter or cheerleader, and it helps them build as far as their skills for high school and college cheerleading,” Dan Haggenjos, the head tumbling instructor at ICE, said.
