FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – About a dozen people showed off their talents in the first-ever Byron’s Got Talent show.
Acts at the Byron Health Center included singers, dancers, and even magicians. NewsChannel 15’s Nicholas Ferreri served as a guest judge.
The Health Center said the residents spent more than a month getting ready for the event.
“They’re really working really hard and they’re so proud of themselves. Everyone is clapped and applauded, and to let them know that we all have our own special talents and we all have things to offer, it means a lot to all of us,” Elizabeth Johnson, the activities director, said.
Nearly 100 people came to watch. If you’d like to get involved with Byron, the public is invited to a Community Easter Egg Hunt on April 19.
