FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)  A new partnership could mean more miles for those who travel out of or visit Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA) on a regular basis.

FWA and Republic Parking announced a partnership with a rewards program called ‘Thanks Again’ on Wednesday. Members of the program can earn airline miles or hotel points with every dollar they spend on shopping, dining and parking transactions. Points will also be earned at purchases at more than 170 U.S. airports and 20,000 businesses.

“We are excited to offer FWA passengers this benefit when they park, shop and dine at our airport,” said Scott Hinderman, Executive Director of Airports. “It is important that we recognize and reward our passengers and thank them for choosing to fly FWA. What better way to reward our loyal customers than by offering them a unique opportunity to earn MORE of their favorite travel rewards.”

Passengers who park at FWA five times or more each year can also earn a one-time quarterly bonus reward of 5,000 miles or 10,000 hotel points.

Anyone who enrolls between March 26, 2014 and May 26, 2014, will be entered into the Early Bird Contest with 10,000 miles or 20,000 hotel points as a prize.

“Thanks Again is proud to partner with Fort Wayne International Airport, signified by the launch of our seamless customer loyalty and engagement solution throughout FWA,” said Jay Ellis, Thanks Again SVP Global Network Development. “This partnership with the Fort Wayne International Airport represents a win for all stakeholders involved – FWA passengers, Fort Wayne local merchants, Fort Wayne International and the community at large.”
