Cheap Trick to play Three Rivers Festival

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)  Tickets for the Three Rivers Festival (TRF) opening night concert featuring Cheap Trick will go on sale March 28.  The platinum recording artists will perform on Friday, July 11 at the festival plaza in Headwaters Park in downtown Fort Wayne according a a news release issued by TRF organizers.

Tickets cost $20 in advance and $25 the day of show and can be purchased at the TRF office, by phone at 260-426-5556, at the Embassy Theatre box office, at Ticketmaster and at the TRF web site.  The show is open to all ages.

The band formed in Rockford, Illinois in 1973 and has sold more than 20 million records which include the hits “I want you to want me,” “Surrender,” The Flame” and “Dream Police.”
