IPFW’s Kaiser Is Summit League POTW

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – IPFW baseball player Greg Kaiser has been named The Summit League’s Player of the Week for his performances March 10-16.

Kaiser captures his first career Player of the Week award after belting four home runs in three games last week. In the series-opening win over Ball State, the freshman infielder went 2-for-4 with two home runs, the first two of his career, and four RBI. He added three hits with two homers in the series finale on Saturday. Four of his five hits were home runs on the week and he recorded a 1.545 slugging percentage and .455 on-base percentage. Kaiser hit .455 (5-for-11) on the week with six RBI, four runs scored and four homers.
