marijuana found at traffic stop
14 pounds of marijuana were found inside a vehicle following a traffic stop for marijuana.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)   Police are trying to track down a man they arrested following a traffic stop earlier this month that lead to the discovery of 14 pounds of pot.

According to the Allen County Sheriff’s Department, Tommy J. McDuffie III, 30, of Lima, Ohio was driving in the area of Paulding Road and Wayne Trace on March 6, when an officer and his K-9 partner patrolling the area clocked him going 46 miles an hour in a 30 mile and hour zone.

When the officer went to talk to McDuffie, he noticed the strong smell of marijuana coming from the car.  The officer then ran the K-9 around the car and the dog gave a positive alert for the presence of drugs.
