Tips from citizens leads to drug bust

PIERCETON, Ind. (WANE)  Undercover officers bought prescription drugs from a Pierceton man after getting tips from citizens according to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.

Police arrested William Paul Clutter, 34, on Friday and charged him with dealing a controlled substance.  As of Monday morning he was being held on $10,000 bond in the Kosciusko County Jail.

According to a news release, officers were able to purchase prescription drugs from Clutter on multiple occasions.
