FORT WAYNE, Ind. – As the #1 overall NAIA Championship seed, the women of Saint Francis will play Ashford University on Wed., March 12, at 1 p.m. Fort Wayne time at the NAIA Division II National Tournament according to Wednesday night’s draw.
USF is 33-0, Ashford University is 12-20, winners of the Association of Independent Institutions Tournament. The national tournament takes place at the Tyson Events Center in Sioux City, Iowa.
On the men’s side, Robert Morris University (Chicago, IL) will be the first challenge for 14th-ranked and NAIA Championship No. 14 seed University of Saint Francis.
The 21-10 Cougars will play the Eagles on Thurs., March 13, at 5 p .m. Fort Wayne time. The men’s national tournament takes place at Keeter Gymnasium in Point Lookout, Missouri.
