FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – The Fort Wayne Medical Society Alliance is now accepting gently used dresses and accessories for young girls who do not have the money to attend their high school’s proms this year.

Cinderella Dress Day allows any high school girl in northeast Indiana to pick out a free prom dress. You can participate in this program by donating gently used or brand new formal dresses, wraps, shoes, and jewelry.

Dresses and accessories can be dropped off at any Fort Wayne Peerless Cleaners location until March 31.

On Saturday, April 12, girls from all across the area will be able to pick out one special dress. The event is being held in the IPFW Ballroom this year.
