The biting cold, relentless snow, and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent this winter have taken its toll on northeastern Indiana and northwestern Ohio.

Snow and cold records have been shattered this winter with heavy snows and many days well below zero. From the snowiest January on record, the snowiest month on record, one of the coldest winters on record, and what will be very close to the snowiest winter on record, our area has seen winter’s worst.
