WBB: USF’s Shurn Named Player of the Year, Andrews Coach of the Year

After a brilliant regular season, the postseason awards are starting to roll in for the Saint Francis women’s basketball team. Senior guard Skylarr Shurn was named the Crossroads League Player of the Year after averaging over 20 points per game for the Cougars. Shurn, along with Brooke Ridley were both named 1st Team All-Conference. Teammate Jennelle Wilson was named to the 2nd team.

Head coach Gary Andrews was named Crossroads League Coach of the Year for a third time after guiding Saint Francis to a perfect 30-0 regular season.
