FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Lakeside Cafe was approved to re-open on Saturday after the Health Department closed it down.

The Fort Wayne-Allen County Health Department closed a restaurant on North Coliseum Boulevard Wednesday for at least one health code violation.

Lakeside Cafe, 1040 N. Coliseum Blvd., has a sign out front of the business stating they are closed.

A health department sign posted to the front door said the restaurant was closed because of cockroaches.

It’s not clear when the restaurant will reopen.
