FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – East State Boulevard between Kentucky Avenue and St. Joe Boulevard reopened at around 2:50 p.m. Friday after crews closed it to work on a water main break that flooded the street.

The road was closed for more than four hours.

Both lanes were initially closed to traffic but one the northbound lane has since opened up to two-way traffic.
