Odor of pot tips off cops

AUBURN, Ind. (WANE)  An Auburn man is facing multiple charges after police found marijuana, cash and guns at his house on Saturday.  Acting on a report of the smell of marijuana, police got a search warrant for a home in the 300 block of West Ensley at around 2:40 pm.  During their search they found approximately four and a half pounds of pot, paraphernalia, items associated with cultivating marijuana, $6,300 in cash and eight firearms.

Homeowner, John C. Wyss, 57, was arrested and charged with Dealing Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Paraphernalia.
