Man arrested for drugs twice in three months

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)  After serving a search warrant at a home on West Williams Street on Monday, police arrested a man who’d been taken into custody in November on simila.

According to police, officers found 179 grams of synthetic marijuana along with numerous articles of paraphernalia and 19.8 grams of marijuana inside the home. Aaron Capatina, 32, was located at work and arrested.

On November 27th of 2012 the Emergency Services Team and the Fort Wayne Vice and Narcotics Division served a similar search warrant at the same location and Aaron Capatina was arrested for Dealing Marijuana, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Neglect of a Dependent.
