Wedge Headlines Fourth “Party In The Park”

Eric Wedge

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Former Cleveland Indians and Seattle Mariners manager Eric Wedge was the headline among local sports celebrities at the fourth annual “Party in the Park” Friday night at Parkview Field.

The event helps raise money for the Fort Wayne Sports Corp.

While Wedge won’t be managing in the majors this season he will have his eye on the game as Wedge was hired last month to be an analyst for ESPN.

Wedge also continues to stay tied to his Summit City root – he will host his annual winter baseball camp tomorrow at the Ash Center.
